This policy explains what information Kiligray LLC (“KiliGray Homes,” “we,” “us”) collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Contact details — name, company, email address, mailing address and mobile phone number, provided by subcontractors, vendors, clients and prospective clients.
- Project information — job addresses, schedules, scopes of work, invoices and related records needed to run a construction project.
- Message records — emails and text messages exchanged with us in the course of a project, together with their delivery status.
How we use it
We use this information solely to run our construction business: to schedule and coordinate work, to ask subcontractors whether scheduled work is complete, to send and reconcile invoices, and to respond when you contact us. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Text messaging and your mobile number.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our messaging provider, which transmits our emails and text messages, and our accounting software. These providers may use the information only to perform that service for us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Text message consent
We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and then confirmed by replying YES to a one-time invitation. Consent is recorded with a timestamp. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP (or ALTO), which stops all further messages. See our Text Message Terms for full details.
Retention
We keep project and message records for as long as needed to run the project and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below. You may opt out of text messages at any time as described above.
