Program description
KiliGray Homes sends text messages to its subcontractors, vendors and clients about work in progress: check-ins asking whether a scheduled task is complete, schedule updates, punchlist items, and replies to messages you send us. This is an operational program for people we are working with. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You give us your mobile number directly when we engage you for work, on your vendor paperwork or verbally. We then send one invitation text asking you to confirm. Only after you reply YES do we record your consent and send any further messages. If you do not reply YES, we do not text you again. We never add numbers from a purchased list, and there is no web sign-up form.
Message frequency varies. Most subcontractors receive a few messages per week while their work is active, and none between jobs.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately. Spanish speakers may reply ALTO. We also honor CANCELAR, UNSUBSCRIBE and END. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no messages after that. To start again later, reply YES or START.

Links in our messages
Our check-in messages contain a one-tap response link on the domain kiligrayops.com. That is KiliGray Homes’ own project management system, operated by Kiligray LLC, the same company that sends these messages. Links never point to a third party.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
