The largest street contributes less than a tenth of the total
The review’s 114 new units are distributed across 64 base addresses and 49 street labels. Canterbury leads with nine units, followed by Tillery with six. No base address contributes more than three new units during the window. That is a useful distinction from a ZIP where one large address group dominates the totals: here, a focused infill comparison needs to work through many separate locations.
Tillery explains part of the March peak
March’s 21-unit total includes three one-unit building records at 917 Tillery and three at 919 Tillery. Together the two addresses account for six units that month. Canterbury’s nine units arrive in five different months, so its higher annual contribution represents a more spread-out issuance pattern. Both are relevant comparisons, but they answer different questions about how authorizations accumulate.
A lower annual total does not identify a single stalled development
The preceding twelve months recorded 180 units, versus 114 in the reviewed year. The current records alone do not attribute that decline to delays, demand or a particular builder. For a proposed two- or three-home project, the Tillery examples provide specific permit files to examine for layout and scope; Canterbury provides several locations rather than one directly comparable project.
