The new units are spread across many streets

The reviewed year contains 141 authorized units, up from 124 in the prior period. Those units come from 128 building records at 100 base addresses. South Fifth Street contributes eight and Valleyridge Drive seven; even together they account for only 15 of the 141. Selecting a few streets and calling them the entire 78704 pipeline would leave most of the recorded activity out.

Valleyridge illustrates why the individual files matter

Four records at 1402 Valleyridge contribute six units: four in June and two in July. Two records carry building-number suffixes and two use the base street address. That combination makes the City files more useful than the street total for understanding the proposed work. Summing the six units does not tell us whether the buildings share a sales program or how many will finish together.

South Fifth provides another kind of comparison

South Fifth’s eight units arrive across November, December and January. Within that sequence, 1108 South Fifth contributes three units in December and 1710 South Fifth contributes three in January. These are identifiable small address groups inside a widely distributed ZIP. A nearby-site review can start with them while keeping corridor frontage, access and the relevant planning-area boundary in view.
